Mixed Martial Arts classes are delivered through a planned schedule of KUDO, COMBAT SAMBO, Karate and BJJ.

 

Students learn all elements of:

 

Striking (punching, kicking, elbows and knees)

Throwing

Take downs

Chokes and strangles

Joint manipulation

Submission and restraint technique

Instructors are fully insured and licenced by the British Combat Karate Association, hold first aid qualification including DBS Checks at enhanced level.
